We offer a range of training programmes from understanding the development sector, to proposal development to inception meetings for funded projects.

We run these off the shelf courses, targeting a range of individuals from different organisations. Or we run the training as tailored or completely bespoke courses, focused on relevance for a particular organisation or a specific project.

Off the shelf course are cost-effective and provide an introduction, refresher or enable someone starting a project or proposal to gain valuable insights. Tailored and bespoke training provides a much greater depth and relevance. For example we would look at the specific call for proposals prior to a tailored proposal development course, or the contract with an agency as part of a bespoke inception meeting training.

Mentor

Work alongside individuals or teams for a fixed period of time, or on a call-down basis, to build international development capacity within organisations.

For many organisations, they have the basic building blocks for an international development strategy, or for proposal development expertise, but have individuals or teams who would benefit from mentoring. Perhaps new staff, or new focuses.

Sometimes organisations have the capacity to achieve successful funding or partnerships, but struggle to understand or appreciate their contractual obligations. We can offer advise on a call down or quarterly basis for example, helping to keep a project or programme on track or from making an unintentional ineligible cost.
